UAI maintains a user-friendly utility rate analysis information system –without information overload with benchmarked measured results – to obtain and give assurance of the lowest on-going utility pricing possible.  Our information system provides tracking and customized reporting using a national library of rate tariff schedules.  UAI’s web-enabled Utility Tracking System also tracks status of recommendations for account changes.  UAI tracks all recommended account changes to verify implementation has occurred and accounts have been changed according to request made to utility provider.  Based on actual metered consumption, UAI calculates the monthly savings and issues reports on-line that can also be sent to our client. 

• Verify changes made to monthly bill reflecting lower unit price
• Implement and monitor approved account changes
• Calculate monthly savings of regulated rates of previous vs. new
• For deregulated accounts, monitor contract compliance by reviewing monthly billing
• For deregulated accounts, verify large account savings by calculating the new pricing versus the “price-to-compare”, “standard rate offering”
